Parcel cover panel removal

Parcel cover panel removal
I have an 09 Clubman with an annoying rattle behind the rear speaker. Im trying to remove the plastic panel the parcel cover fits into but it seems theres a hidden fixing next to the seat belt, anyone know how to remove it?
