weird starting issue
 

so i just bought my first mini. 08 clubman N/A automatic. lately it has been doing some weird things. in the morning it starts perfectly. however in the afternoon if its been sitting in the FL sun and gets hot inside. as soon as i insert the fob. all the relays start chattering rapidly and all warning lights flash and will not start. it will only start after disconnecting the battery for 10 mins. some times when im driving an orange "BRAKE" and DSC light will come on and stay on. is it the ignition module or radio
