Wont start

09 Cipper club man wont start , has 130K Miles

Has gas, Jumped for 30 min .
when I put FAB in , service needed pops up, box under hood neat passenger side makes some hissing noise
dash light comes on for 5 min then all dead
car wont start

Please help

Disconnected battery & reconnected.

Now doors lock /unlock constantley, car wont start
