05 Mini Headlight issues

I am trying to fix my Daughter's 2005 R50 with 75k miles, that had many issues. I installed New; fuel pump & filter, spark plugs & wires, antenna, battery, wiper blades and it is running good now. But a few issues remain.
Drivers side Seat Belt light stays on. Remote drivers side door lock won't work.
I replaced the Passenger Side Xenon Headlight as the internal wiring's insulation was all crumbling off and bare wires were touching. This was sending confusing signals that were seemingly causing all kinds of electrical confusion, including overheating issues and general poor performance. Now they are gone except for..........
The Driver Side Xenon Headlight stays on, as it did before, and won't turn off when all other lights do. I just unplug it at the light for now. The headlight though original and dull, appears to be in OK condition. I have a clear replacement but the Internal Projector/Reflector unit inside, seems to be loose on the adjustment screws and won't stay in a steady fixed position vertically. It tips up and down too much.
And then these 3 OBD Codes are showing
5DF7 Wiring supply voltage greater then 18 Volt
5E16 Timeout instrument Cluster
5E19 CAN DME/DDE engine torque not adjustable
I am looking for suggestions on primarily the Headlight issues and any others that might help. Thanks in advance
