I am considering buying a 2005 Mini S. The instrumentation is unusual. Tach and Speedometer are both above steering wheel in two small round guages like "Mickey Mouse ears." Above the radio (where the speedometer typically is) is a single large round window which includes separate guages for gas, oil pressure and something else. (I have not seen the car yet in person, only pictures.) Can anyone provide information on this configuration? Was it "factory original"? Some limited edition? Or, perhaps, after market? Any other info or thoughts? Thanks.
