Default 2005 Mini Cooper S

I am looking at purchasing a 2005 MCS, standard trans, the car has 65k on it which is low I think but also a factor that I like. It is in very good condition, the concern is that it doesn't have heated seats and I wonder what the cost is to have this done?
They are asking 7k for the car which is a little high I think but not much outside of what I have seen.

I know heated seats are not a necessity but are kind of nice to have

Thoughts?

Thanks

i have added aftermarket heated seat option to a few cars
kits in my town at perfect fit $59 each
u have to remove the seat covers to install them, and install the wiring
not to hard, remove seats, remove covers install pads
kits come with wiring harness and switch

shops charge about $200 a seat I'm my area for parts and labor
