Default 2005 Mini Cooper Upgrades

I have a 2005 mini cooper and i have been wondering if it is even worth making any engine upgrades, and if so what should they be?

Default Thanks

Bad Venge, definitely appreciate all of the feedback you have given me. I'm not really an expert when it comes to engines and was wondering if you could kind of explain what an intake, exhaust, and or headers could do for me and my mini.

Intakes such as this :

Allow more air less restricted into the motor , more air = more power

Headers and exhausts:

headers scavenge more exhaust out of the motor more free flowing exhaust also gets more power
