2006 5spd man to 6spd man
 

Hello everyone. So i recently purchased a used mini. I havent had any problems with it other than the cruise control doesnt work. I took it in and my mechanical told me the car originally came with a 5spd and has now been swapped over to 6spd. The cruise control works in 5th gear but not 6th. Has anyone dealt with this before or seen articles on how one could make the cruise work in 6th gear?
