Airbags didn't deploy!
 

Recently I was in a 'T-bone' type of accident in my 2004 cooper where someone ran a red light (from my right) and I stuck the vehicle as it was going in front of me. I was going approx 25-30 mph. My airbags didn't deploy and I sustained injuries. At what speed and what type of collision are they supposed to deploy? :confused: Thank you in advance for your help.
