Mini Cooper Forums - Mini Cooper Enthusiast Forums - Any idea how to undo this connector? (on antenna signal booster part)

Hello,

first time poster here. I'm trying to switch trunk lids on my '04 R50 and so I've started by trying to remove all the wiring from my trunk lid. All has been smooth until I met this connector (see pics below).

There is an arrow on the black connector closer to the device and I've tried pushing that part towards the device and I can hear clicking but nothing seems to release. I've tried pushing it that direction and also twisting it counterclockwise and can sometimes hear a click but no apparent release. I think I see the word "Roka" on the black connector and I've tried researching it but nothing useful so far. I'd rather not cut the wire but I'm considering it.

I welcome any suggestions.
