Bent Frame
 

So.... This 2002 Mini I just picked up has a bent frame (just in front of the front tire)!!! My plan is to yank the motor and transmission out and bring it to a shop to get it straitened.... Someone please tell me this is possible? :confused:

How bad is the frame bent? A body shop with a frame machine should be able to tell you if it's possible (any noticeable gaps?) and also give you an estimate on how much it'll cost.

its up about 25mm and pushed toward the motor roughly 25mm as well... I think I should be fine.

I am in the process of figuring out how to post pics.

Most should be able to straighten WITHOUT motor/Tranny removal

The Car is a project car for me, so I think I am going to pull the motor no matter what... Just wanna do a rebuild and prep the motor for more power in the future... Super or Turbo... My dream is a stroker kit... but I cant seem to find one for this car.... little help? :eek:

I've not seen any stoker kit ...
I gave seen the "Twurbo"kit throw up huge numbers
