Wife is about to buy an '04 R50 with 117 k in pretty nice cosmetic and, apparent, mechanical shape . . . Hopefully the manual tranny wont die and cost more to fix than the whole car did. And/or the power steering fail and crash or burn!

Now to the important stuff; The front emblem is all silver, no black center circle but there is still a MINI logo there in raised type, albeit again not black.

Has the decal worn off or is this proper style for this year/model.
