A/C dead
 

Hi all,

So my mechanic just told me that my A/C compressor is dead. Only 60k on my '02 cooper. Bastard!!! :mad: Has this happened to anyone else? Is there a cheaper way of fixing it or am I just gonna have to suck up the $1000? :eek:

Make sure you check your fuses under the hood AND next to clutch pedal - if your PS fan blows a fuse the A/C WILL NOT RUN check everything with a fan designation.
