Diagnostic help please
 

R50 mini manual transmission, 1.6L
So a quick rundown, car starts fine, drives perfect, after driving longer distance approximately an hours worth of time or 60 miles give or take, my engine will loose power when accelerating. Such as I am cruising along at any speed. Running 3-4k rpms with no issues or dips, then suddenly no matter how much the gas petal is compressed, the rpms and speed drop after about 5 to 10 seconds the engine and throttle return to normal. Then it continues like this and has caused it to stall at lower speeds. Starts just fine after but still has the issues with acceleration.

Things I have checked and replaced.
Fuel filter, Fuses, Spark plugs, Coil pack and cords, Air filter, Cleaned the TPS

Help I'm out of ideas, 0 codes come up unless I let it die at a idol when it's acting up. It pops these 2 codes P0304
P0128
Both codes reset after I turn over the engine. And then it shows no issues or codes

I'm no expert but I would drop the gas tank and make sure you don't have a second filter there or something that makes its way into the fuel line.
