Hello all and thanks for taking your time to read my request.

First, I just picked up this car from a guy that needed some money. Three of the 4 headlights didn’t work, the passenger window doesn’t go down (goes up), the windshield wipers don’t work (motor is good, checked it through a tester relay) and its very sluggish to accelerate from 0-30mph.

It had the signs of a blown head gasket but I put some K&W Block Seal in it a sealed it. Now the #1 intake valve chatters between 4-5k rpm (exactly 4K to 5K).

Also, just had the power steering pump replaced (Mini Recall) and had to replace the FL4 100A fuse (under the fuse box) to make the new one work.

I’m thinking the General Control Unit is causing the headlight, windshield wiper and right window issues. Thoughts?

Edit: I got 3 of the 4 headlights working (non HID) by replacing the bulbs. The last bulb that doesn’t work is only getting 8 volts to the bulb. It’s the Left high beam (lower bulb).
