Exclamation Looking for a good & cheap place to get brake pads replaced.

Hey guys,

The front brake pads on my mini are pretty much toast, and need brake pads bad! I was wondering if anyone knows of a reputable place to get the brake pads on my 2005 mini replaced in LA? I would appreciate any info, recommendations to a reputable place that is light on the wallet as well.

If you were in Vegas I could help you. LA, not so much. One thing: The shop that replaced my pads said that ceramic pads should not be used on a Mini. The rotor metal is relatively soft and ceramic pads transfer a lot of heat to the rotors and could warp them.

Good luck on finding a good shop.
