Mini 2006 Convertible back windows will not roll up
 

This is the problem: Mini Cooper back windows convertible will not roll up.

Its' my wife's car she left too much stuff in the trunk and a safety button wasn't pressed down so the convertible wouldn't engage. So I found a youtube video and we realized what was wrong so now the convertible works but the back windows will not go up and down.

I have not opened the panel or removed anything so I can't really see what is going on.

Could it be something else? I doubt two window regulators broke because both sides are just stuck in a down position. Could it be a fuse or maybe we need to Sync a battery with Mini because the battery is new. Please let me know if anyone has any insight on this problem.

If anyone can help I will be amazed and super thankful I will do anyone a favor even send them a few bucks on paypal if they help me and if they want it.
