R50 Mini will not start- Temp guage says cold engine is hot
 

Car will not start. When the key is turned, the temp needle shoots all the way to hot, though the car has not been moved in months (this is what put it on the sidelines- just getting a chance to work on it now), and it just doesn't sound like fuel is going in.

Other stuff that may help- There is a clicking noise coming from the Relays. A buddy tapped on the relays while I was cranking car and it started about 6 months ago. We let it run for about 30 minutes, and then it died again, and still doing the same thing. I figured RELAYS! so I replaced all of them. Still not the problem, though there is still that clicking noise almost like a solenoid?Mini Cooper r50 starting problem - YouTube
