Radiator fan keeps running
Hi,
Sorry if this has already been posted before. I did a search but did not find it.
Wehave a 2004 Mini Cooper. Recently, we noticed that the radiator fan continues to run for a few minutes even after the vehicle has been shut off. I checked and found my coolant to be below the minimum line. So I added more fluid as maybe that was the one causing it. Nope, this morning it was still doing it.
Anyone had any similar experience?
Thanks.

YES!!!!!!!! I had the same experience! The MINI has a problem with the thormostat assembly. They leak slowly until you overheat. That happened to me. Take it to the dealership.
Do you hear a fluid "swishing" sound coming from behind the glove box? If you do it means your level is low and there is air in the system.
Fix it right away. You will overheat.
