Rear Arch Light repair

Any advice on easiest way to replace the Rear Left side Arch light. I have the part but looks like I might have to remove the rim and tire to get at it.

2006 Mini Cooper Basic Hatchback

Anyone done this repair in past ??

Are you talking about the side marker light? We have a DIY here that can help you with the replacement.
