Ok so I have a 06 r50 base140k miles, changed the clutch and pressure plate . ,was rather difficult for my first of anything like that. Everything back together did not think of coolent having all that air , because it now has a random misfire. I found that my obd2 port or scanner does not work In this car. Drove it 9 miles in limp mode shut it off now won't start. Have it towed home someone said it sounded like it jumped time. So I had already known where to get another mc r50 a year newer had been in an accident airbags deployed and all that. So I drove it with no doors home just fine except it was hard shifting side to side. Pulled out engine and transmission put it in original mc it now has a missfire and check engine lite blinks. Wth any ideas the two things the had in common was something wrong with the trans. First one u must have done something wrong when putting in the clutch the second one already had a shifting issue but it ran fine until I put the motor into my original. I am completely baffled please help
