I completed a 5-6 speed conversion on my 2002 Mini Cooper. Now it will not start, all the dash lights work, but the started won’t engage. Everything seems fine, had the new starter tested (for a 2005 cooper S) it tested fine. Is there something I missed in the starter wiring on the conversion.
I also cannot find where a small connector plugs into. It is part of the ecu harness near the brake fluid reservoir. For the life of me I cannot remember or find where it goes.

If anyone has ideas or experience with this please help.
