04 mini s Driver power window
 

I'm new in the mini Cooper world I bought one and my drivers window will not go up or down. Check the fuses there OK at least they look OK. It's the two top fuses in the box I assume. What next? Thanks so much for your help

Do you hear the motor working when you attempt to roll it up? I'd pop off your door panel and inspect your window motor and regulator as it may to time to replace it.
