05 r53 value check?
Ok. Got a nice looking blue with black leather S I'm looking at. He's asking $7000. He came down from 8400 on his ad. Definitely was asking too much imo anywho, It has 117000 miles and appears in awesome shape. Here's a list of all it has.
The Mk1 Minis are the best looking, most durable in terms of power train, and this one has all the issues fixed that are normal for a 100K+mi European car. I have far more into the car than the asking price, but I had to get it in top condition before I would sell. Beware of lower priced Minis. Most will require repairs that owners/dealers are unwilling to do.

That's a good year R53. The JCW aero items are a nice addition. I like the Powerflex bushings. Those are great upgrades and are more efficient than OEM replacement ones. They'll also give you some great improved performance. Not a big fan of Moog suspension components as their strut mounts are known to fail prematurely. I'd probably suggest changing those out. The Bilstein shocks/struts are probably Touring Class, which are a great OEM replacement and give you improved ride comfort/feel as well as a performance gain over stock. Good that the strut towers have the defenders, that helps against the mushrooming that they commonly have. The dipstick upgrade is great because the Genuine one is known to break off at the tip. Good that the coolant has been done, has the coolant tank ever been replaced? It's a common thing to fail at the seems with the gen 1 MINI's. Same with the power steering pump, so glad that's been replaced.
Any pictures? Also, if you have a scan tool I'd suggest plugging into the OBDII to see if any faults are stored. Just to be sure and then maybe possibly get a pre-purchase inspection by a MINI independent shop. Otherwise, looks like it's been well maintained!
