Default 2002 S-TYPE KEYLESS ENTRY

I have recently purchased an 02 S-type, and zip-tied to the turn signal looks to be some keyless entry FOB's. Ive searched everywhere online and have been unable to find any instructions on how to program this...and am actually wondering if it really works on my car. The only identification on the thing is:

FCC ID IDIKF100

Any thoughts? or does anybody have the instructions on how to activate keyless entry?

Thanks,

Chris

The codes are used to program the key at a dealer with the proper diag software, u cant program this without a gt1. It has to be encoded into the zke(bc1).
