My tailgate won't open from the outside with the electric switch. I have replaced the switch and it didn't fix the issue. It appears that I am not getting power to the actuator mechanism. Can someone provide a wiring diagram or tell me if there is a fuse or relay that controls power to the actuator? I checked all the fuses in the fuse box in the left kick panel and none were blown.

Its the pinout at the connection on the harness, check that first.
