AC system issues, need help troubleshooting
 

2006 r52 s. Bought used last year AC didn’t work, condenser seem to be smashed in did pressure test had leak. Replaced condenser, AC on clutch does engage and spin. took to shop held vac, they put in the proper charge. With AC on clutches spinning no fans kick on. No surging or change in pressure on high or low side. No temperature change in air at dash or on the lines. Could it possibly be pump is bad even though clutch is spinning? What other issues could it be? Thank you in advance for help
