Anyone install ECS CarPlay Head Unit F133
 
I've purchased one of these, but haven't installed it yet.
  1. Has anyone installed it yet?
  2. How's it work?
  3. Any issues with the install/Wiring?
  4. How's it look?
  5. Any pictures?
