'Auto' window down function problem

I just bought a 2005 Mini S Convertible 4 weeks ago and just last week the 'auto' window down function does not work on both the driver and passenger side. The windows functionally work fine going up and down so I was wondering if it is a fuse problem or some other easy fix to get the 'auto' down function working again. Help!

It might be a computer function/programming issue

That's what i was thinking, I brought it in to motorworks mini and they looked at me like I was crazy. They wanted me to but a regulator and a motor. Is there something specific I should be asking them to program?
