Brake Pads which type ?

Hi there

Looking for brake pads for my 2007 Mini Cooper S convertible.

Does the S utilizes same brake pads as the non S ?

What is my best source online and which type/brand should i go for ?

Are you changing the rotor with pad change or every other change ?

How many miles are you getting from the ceramics ?

My rotors had minimal wear and turned them I have 35/40K on the ceramics and they look near new
