Changed Fuel Filter , now not starting
 

So changed fuel filter , before doing so i pulled the fuel pump realey , then turned car over to relieve any pressure , replaced filter replaced relay , now car turns over but wont fire up, there is fuel going to the rail i checked the bleeder, though doesn't seem massive amount , changed the filter at when i floored the car it hesitated
was all working lovely before i changed it ??
