Default Cooper S locking issue - Please help

Hey guys, im having a bit of an issue on my R53 cooper S. Whats happening is, when i lock my doors (using the remote on the key) it locks as its supposed to, but within a minute, it opens the locks, windows and sunroof, totaly!!!!

I couldnt find the fault so took the battery of for a few hours. When i was driving it after, it started doing this while driving, just opening the windows and sunroof.

I have checked the switch on the dash, and all is ok.

Any ides what it could be, before it goes to the dealers???

Cheers

Sounds like the lock switch is sticking down ...If you hold down on the button it does that automatically

Its not the key fob, becuase, when i walk away from the car it still happpens.

I've droped the car off to the main dealer lastnight, so just waiting on a call from them to see what it could be... No doubt its going to cost alot of pennies

Well, the car is back and sort of repaired. The fault was the BC1 Modual (located at the drivers footwell) (Right hand drive). The total cost was £491.50, so to you guys its $765.58!!!!!

Now the car is back, the drivers xenon headlight dont work and the car dont auto lock as it used to, so its going back to them soon.

Autolock is a programming issue , I'll bet they didn't reprogram it
