Looking at 2002 Mini

Looking at a 2002 mini tomorrow. Can anyone tell me if there are any special problems related to supercharged Mini? Has less than 40K miles on it.

Look where the battery is located( in the trunk under the mat) Check to see if it dry in that area. Sometimes the roof gutters get clogged up and water trickles down to that area.
