Looking to buy a used Cooper S

Hi all, im looking into buying a silver 2002 Cooper S with 51,000 kilometers at 21,995$ canadian. It's allequipped, manual, etc.I wouldbe trading in my older car at the dealership for this one.

What do you guys think? Any comments will be appreciated :D

Thats too much for an 02.
Is it from a real dealer or a curb sider?I wouldnt give 22000 to a used car lot.
