Need advice on new clutch

Hey all, going to replace my clutch in about 5k miles. Was wondering if anyone went with a single mass clutch in lieu of a dual mass? What's the difference? Which do you prefer? I do run my R53 a little hard on my commute to and from work. Or do you think it's a waste of money and I should just replace it with an OEM clutch assembly? Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks and drive it like you stole it!:D
