New Owner Questions
 

Hello,

New to the forum and to the Mini community. Picked up a 2005 Cooper S 6 speed yesterday as we were looking for a fun weekend car. Now, we purchased it with the intent of fun and spirited driving. :) Want to know if there is anything we should be cautious with or wary of or concerned with or just something to keep our eyes on the look out for.

We don't plan (for the moment) on making any performance modifications but when the warranty runs out, game on...

ps came with 16 inch wheels, what is the best handling size?

They updated most problem areas in 05 so you should be good to go.:)

16's will handel just fine, it's more about the tires.
