Puking Oil / Tranny Fluid / Black Fluid

Hello, all!
I hate for this to be my first post here but, I purchased a used 2003 Mini Cooper S (Hardtop, 6-speed) with 134k miles earlier today.
Tonight after doing a 0-60 pull (Didn't hit above 5k on the tach) I pulled into a parking lot and saw that my car was dumping a black fluid on the ground.

It made a sound while looping back from the pull as if leaves were caught underneath the front bumper of the car, and were dragging on the ground, but went away after a few seconds.

The Fluid doesn't feel like typical motor oil but is viscous like gear oil. As this is my first Mini, I don't know what the fluids look like by heart yet.

I was able to back it into a parking spot after noticing the dumping fluid. And it went into gear fine. We also checked the oil and it's at its normal level.

Upon getting it hooked to the Tow Truck to be towed to my local shop, I could see that the main drip point of the fluid was where the transmission meets the engine.

A new clutch was put in less than two years ago
Nothing sounded funny or acted weird prior to this happening.

Any ideas on what could have gone wrong/ rough estimate of repair? My bet is on the Input seal of the Transmission. But again, I know very little about these cars and have no sure idea.

Thanks In Advance!
