SELF-ALIGNING -15% SUPERCHARGER PULLEY???
 

Does anyone know anything about the SELF-ALIGNING -15% SUPERCHARGER PULLEY from Mini Mania.com? It's supposed to give you 20hp to the wheels. Has anyone on the forum installed one of these on their ride? I mean 139.00 for 20hp is cheap.

When doind mods to any factory boosted car they add decent power at a low price. The pulley you are talking about is a good one, and does add that power.

upgrade the fuel syst if necesary with this mod?

I installed one this weekend. It took about three hours including a cold air box, but the instructions were very well done, and the pulley itself is a nice unit.
The power difference is definitely noticable and well worth the asking price. I switched to a colder plug just to be safe (NGK BKR7EIX-11 the NAPA # is NGK6988) and have no signs of detonation or lean mixture. It has not hurt the drivability at all, just a good bit more power.

Do 15% pulleys (or any size) terminate warranty, and can/do they harm the S/C or engine in any way.

Does any one know if the M7 16% pulley is self aligning?
