Default Someone help!

So I recently upgraded the ignition coil to msd high performance coil, spark plug wires and ngk laser platinum spark plugs. The car seems to be burning more fuel, is this normal?
also someone told me I should upgrade the air intake because that would help with the issue since I have better spark I should add more air!
is this true?
what should I do?

Go back to oem ignition (wires and coil pack) you don’t need upgraded ignition unless youre pushing 400+ hp
You can go a step colder plugs without upgrading coils and plugs
