2018 jcw sirius dropouts

i have a 2018 jcw hardtop... dealer finds no problem on inspection... service advisor says it's a known problem with the minis... anyone have any ideas? thanks!

We have the same problem with our 2017 Cooper 4-door and 2018 Cooper S Convertible. My guess is because it's losing signal, the antenna isn't strong enough. In the 2018 I don't even bother with the free trial. I just use the app on my phone and listen through Bluetooth. I believe they charge me $10/mo for that.

I too can confirm that this is an annoyingly consistent problem with my brand new2018 JCW Convertible...the Bluetooth seems wonky as well..very disappointing if this cannot be addressed properly, cause everything else about the vehicle is pretty sweet......
