fitting led headlights / dampners

Hi

I'm about to buy a 2014 mini cooper s nearly new. It has all the options I want minus two.

First the turning led headlights - is it possible for these to be fitted post factory, what kind of cost would I be looking at?

The same for the adaptive dampners?
