Anyone know how to get a harmon kardon amplifier for 2004 mini cooper s?

does any one know the location of the harman kardon amp on a 2006 mini S convertible. I have removed both rear panel in trunk and beside passenger rear seat and cannot find it ., Please help i am lost and need to put car back together . thanks

i believe its under passenger side seat

2004- is in the side panel on the passenger side of the trunk under the carpet access panel


Its under the seat on the Convertible on the passenger side, there is a metal plate which unbolts , the seat will have to come out.
