ipod adapter

I have an R52 2006 with the factory radio. It does not have the factory ipod connection. Is there an after market adapter that will connect to the factory radio and let me play my ipod?
I did a search here and did not find an answer

You can get many aftermarket adapter over the internet from the online dealers.
