Front Windshield Pillars

My 2007 experienced it's first winter. There appears to be a number of scratches (maybe from ice???) that have developed on the black plastic trim covering the front windshield pillars on both sides of the car. Some are shallow and some are deep enough to feel with your finger tip. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can remove or fill in these?

Thanks,
Jim

I've hadd good luck with 3M perfect it II for using it to polish out the scratches ...
But mine were not deep enough to feel ...you might need to go to a more agressive rubbing compound or even wet sanding if they are too deep

They're plastic. Buying new ones is actually really cheap.
