has anyone changed out the door handles for these

how does the key lock work? do you take your old ones out and install in the new handles?

I changed out a set for a club member it was pretty much bolt/unbolt , the lock mechanisms are easily removed and replaced

do you just need to remove the interior door panel to gain access and remove the old handle?
