Road Paint Removal

Default Road Paint Removal
I've got yellow road paint on the side of my car, wheel wells, and pretty much the driver's side of my car. Any suggestions on what to use and how to remove this paint?

I'd try clay bar first then go to a rubbing/buffing compound
