2006 Mini Cooper

I recently purchased a 2006 auto Mini Cooper with 59xxx had it for 4 weeks when it began over heating, and leaking coolant, got it taken care from the dealer for free, now its got me worried.

Do these cars have a lot of problems? It it woth purchasing a service agreement?

Any suggestions will help? Thank you.

When was the car purchased you might still have coverage.
If maintenance has been kept up with it's likely OK , But like anything else beakdowns do happen ... Power steering can be pricey , I just paid $800 to repair that

I am in looking for the mini cooper and wish to buy, but also I have the info that this car is not so cheap in servicing because my friend has mini. But still the car is great. When you buy it you are obviously to have coverage and you are to be ready that it will be not cheap to service it.
