2010 High Pressure fuel pump
 

Many of you may be aware that BMW of North Anerica has extended the warranty on the high pressure fuel pump for all 2007-2009 R56 Cooper S models with the n14 engine to 10 years or 120,000, whichever comes first. However, they did not include 2010 models which came with the same body type, engine number, and exact same part number for the high pressure fuel pump. I am currently pursuing a lawsuit against mini to recover the $1500.00 I spent on my Cooper S. I am represented by the same company in Hollywood Ca. who successfully sued BMW over the failed timing chain tensioner (which cost me $5000.00).
