I have Mini Cooper Roadster S series. It has an active spoiler. I had to remover spoiler to vinyl wrap back of car. Upon re-installing spoiler it will not fully go down to flush with car. I took off and re-installed again. It activates great up on high speed drives and lowers when decreasing but will not fully lay flat. I live far from a dealership. I called one and they said google re-initializing an active spoiler. I did but found nothing. Help?? Frustrated.

 

Try holding the toggle all the way up and then all the way down.

 

I tried holding down the toggle for a long period going up and down. It did not fix the problem. I checked to see if something was interrupting it from going down and its free from any debris in the spoiler hinge and just under it. I still have now idea how to re-set it.
