Beyond Frustrated with MINI/ Satellite Radio
 

I purchased a used 2008 Cooper S last year with working satellite radio. This stopped working a few months later despite my vehicle having been sold with lifetime satellite radio service. The radio is not an aftermarket system; it is integrated into the vehicle's entertainment system and the radio ESN number is displayed on the information panel with instructions to call Sirius, which has been unhelpful since I cannot provide them with the "name on the account" and they are unable to find the account with the radio ESN number, which seems ridiculous to me. MINI cannot provide me with any information and states they do not service the satellite radio and instead direct me to Sirius. In wanting to send a formal complaint to MINI Corporate, I have also been unable to locate a name or address to send a letter as talking on the phone has been completely ineffective. Anyone have any helpful advice?
